Terms of service

Dcode buys and mails genuine Tmoney cards at your request. This is a separate service from the card issuer. No fare top-up is sold in this service.
Submitting a request does not charge you. We review stock, delivery feasibility and special requests, and then issue a USD PayPal invoice. We begin purchasing only after payment is confirmed. The invoice states the final price and payment deadline.
Limited designs are not guaranteed. Your selected fallback applies if a design cannot be secured: a standard Tmoney card with any paid difference refunded, or cancellation with a full refund. We contact you about unavailable delivery dates.
Please arrange for your lodging to accept the parcel and collect it during your stay. Registered-mail tracking is supplied after shipment. If a parcel is lost or returned, contact us to arrange reshipment or refund. Statutory consumer rights remain available.
Contact us before sending anything back. We'll reply with a return number and address. Parcels sent without a return number will be refused and sent back. Returns address (business): 강원특별자치도 원주시 동부순환로 261, 4층 4호 A54 (행구동). Contact us first - we'll send the exact return destination with your return number. Refusing a parcel does not remove your withdrawal rights. Contact us before sending it again. If you already requested a return, that request remains open and its original contact date is preserved. You may request a return within the applicable period.
