Privacy notice

We use your name, email, delivery address, phone, lodging details and request references to review, bill, deliver and support your order. Address and phone fields are encrypted at rest. Request images are private and available only to authenticated operators. Do not upload full card numbers, faces or sensitive documents.
PayPal processes payment and refund information under its own policy. Our email provider receives your email and order messages. Korean and destination postal operators receive recipient, address, contact and parcel information. Your lodging receives reservation and parcel details when you choose lodging delivery. Hosting stores order records. Operator Telegram alerts include only order number, event and counts; they exclude your email, address and request text. If you choose Telegram support, information you send is processed by Telegram.
Provider countries, retention, legal processing categories and any required separate overseas-transfer consents must be confirmed before orders open. Provider selection and these disclosures are not yet finalized; contact support for details.
Contract, withdrawal, payment and supply records are retained for 5 years; complaint and dispute records for 3 years. Optional request content is removed after its purpose ends according to the configured retention period. Address minimization and backup expiry follow the published retention schedule. Contact support to request access, correction or deletion, subject to legally required retention.
