Cancellation and returns

Before payment: cancellation has no charge. After payment and before shipment: full refund, including after we have purchased your card. Submit a cancellation request from your private order page; our operator confirms it and records any refund.
Change of mind after delivery: request a return within 7 days of receipt and return the unused card to Korea. You pay return postage. Used or damaged cards, or requests after 7 days, are not eligible under this change-of-mind policy. Opening packaging to inspect the contents is not use.
Faulty, incorrect or misdescribed goods: request a return within 3 months of delivery and within 30 days of discovering the issue. This route remains available after 7 days. The seller pays return postage; contact us for a full refund or reshipment.
Refunds for undelivered goods are due within 3 business days of withdrawal; for returned goods, within 3 business days of return receipt. Payment processing fees are not passed to you. We record refunds against the original PayPal payment. PayPal posting times can vary.
Any fare you later add to the card is handled through the card issuer’s official refund procedure. We do not refund that fare. Contact us for the appropriate official guidance; unverified refund rates or fees are not quoted.
For lodging refusal or customs returns, shipping costs already spent are deducted only when the customer is at fault, with the reason disclosed. Seller, carrier, or unknown fault receives a full refund. Deductions never exceed the amount received.
Contact us before sending anything back. We'll reply with a return number and address. Parcels sent without a return number will be refused and sent back. Returns address (business): 강원특별자치도 원주시 동부순환로 261, 4층 4호 A54 (행구동). Contact us first - we'll send the exact return destination with your return number. Refusing a parcel does not remove your withdrawal rights. Contact us before sending it again. If you already requested a return, that request remains open and its original contact date is preserved. You may request a return within the applicable period.
