When do I pay?
After we confirm stock and shipping. We aim to email the invoice within 24 hours. Guest card checkout depends on PayPal and your country.
Does my Tmoney card include fare?
No. Top-up is coming soon. You can add fare to your physical card after arriving in Korea.
Can I cancel or return my card?
Full refund before shipment. For change of mind, request return of an unused card within 7 days of receipt; return postage to Korea is yours. For faulty, incorrect or misdescribed items, contact us within 3 months of delivery and within 30 days of discovering the issue. Prior contact is required for this route too; the seller pays return postage. Contact us before sending anything back. We'll reply with a return number and address. Parcels sent without a return number will be refused and sent back. Returns address (business): 강원특별자치도 원주시 동부순환로 261, 4층 4호 A54 (행구동). Contact us first - we'll send the exact return destination with your return number.
